Master Cleanse Recipe and TMI

For at least ten days, drink around ten servings per day of the following:- one oz / two tbs fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice NOT BOTTLED (approx half lemon or lime)
- one oz / two tbs organic grade b maple syrup
- 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 oz / one cup purified or spring water NOT FLOURIDATED
Before bed drink a herbal laxative tea to help with 'elimination'.
Upon rising drink a salt-water flush of two level tsp uniodized sea salt mixed thoroughly in one quart / four cups lukewarm water.
Don't plan on doing anything else for around thirty minutes after taking the salt water mixture - you're going to be pooping.
Things I have done wrong thus far:
I tried putting two servings in one glass but forgot to double the maple syrup. Ergo, I missed around 400 calories yesterday. You get around 1000 per day from the maple syrup alone.
Herbal tea is not the same as herbal laxative tea. I just drank regular herbal tea last night.
I knew I wouldn't be able to drink a QUART of salt water, so I tried to halve the recipe and somehow thought that meant two cups of water with TWO TEASPOONS OF SALT. I just now figured out my folly.
So it's noon on day two and I haven't number two'd since my regular one yesterday.
Hmm...
What else can I tell you? I live right beside a dunkin donuts / baskin robbins, a liquor store, a chinese place, a pizza place, and a fried chicken place. LAST NIGHT WAS HARD. With the smells drifting up to my window? OH MY GOD.
And all I could think about as I drifted off to sleep was the Fiji apple and smooth peanut butter calling to me from the kitchen.
